Bake sale sign-up sheet
A bake sale needs two kinds of help: people to bake and people to sell. This template handles both — a list of baked goods with a set number of each, and two-hour selling shifts with setup and cleanup on either side.
Bakers can drop off without staying, and sellers know exactly when they're on.

Tips
- Ask bakers to package items individually and list ingredients on a card.
- Keep a small cash box with change and a sign for mobile payments; note who brings it.
- Two sellers per shift keeps the table staffed through breaks.
Questions
How many baked goods do we need?
For a morning sale, 10–12 batches is a good start. The template asks for twelve batches plus a few gluten-free items.
Can I add a second day?
Yes. Switch the event to multiple days before creating it, and every shift repeats on each day.
