Team meeting scheduling poll
Scheduling a meeting over email takes a dozen replies. This poll proposes a morning and an afternoon option on each weekday next week, and everyone marks Yes, Maybe or No for each one.
The best time rises to the top as votes come in. Lock it in, and everyone can add it to their calendar in one click.

- Put the agenda in the description so people know how much prep to plan for.
Questions
What's the difference between Yes and Maybe?
Yes means the time works. Maybe means it could work if needed. The poll highlights the time with the most support, counting a Yes more than a Maybe.
Do people need an account to vote?
No. They open the link, enter their name, and vote.
