Movie night volunteer sign-up sheet
A family movie night is one of the easiest events to love and one of the easiest to under-staff. This template covers setup of the screen and seating, a concessions crew for popcorn and drinks, floor helpers while the film runs, and cleanup at the end.
There's also a list of snacks and water to donate, so families who can't stay can still pitch in.

Tips
- Test the projector and sound during setup, not five minutes before showtime.
- Ask families to bring blankets and pillows, and say so in the description.
- Check the film's public performance license with your school or district.
Questions
Can families donate snacks without volunteering?
Yes. The donation list has no time, so anyone can sign up to drop off water or snacks.
Can I run concessions as a fundraiser?
Yes. Rename the concessions tasks or add a cashier — every task and spot is editable.
