Can I change the number of groups and chaperones?
Yes. Rename, add or remove group roles and adjust the number of spots before creating the sheet. The starter has three groups with two chaperones each.
Does signing up approve a chaperone or collect permission slips?
No. The sheet coordinates volunteer spots. The school handles chaperone approval and student permission slips separately.
Do parents need an account?
No. Parents choose a group and enter their name; email is optional. Names and sign-up notes are visible to people with the event link.
